Help with subtitles, purchases and your balance on iOS and Android.

Subtitles on iPhone and iPad

Choose a video from Photos or Files, select its spoken language and create subtitles. You can translate the subtitles, edit their text and timing, change their style, and export a captioned video, SRT or TXT file. The iOS app requires iOS 26 or later. Speech recognition and subtitle translation require an internet connection and a video with an audio track.

Purchases and balance on iOS

Minute packs are one-time purchases. The monthly subscription renews automatically until cancelled in your Apple Account settings. After a purchase, Voicella checks its status and updates the server balance. If the balance has not changed, use the refresh icon next to your balance on the purchase screen. You can also use Restore Purchases to restore a subscription.

Manage an Apple subscription

Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad, select your Apple Account, then Subscriptions. Apple manages subscription cancellation and billing. Minute packs are not subscriptions.

Android features

Voicella is also available on Android. Features and purchase options can differ between platforms. AI dubbing and recording features advertised elsewhere on this website apply to the Android version; the iOS version currently focuses on subtitles and captioned video export.

Email us with your platform, app version, device model, a description of the issue and the approximate time it happened. You can also send feedback from the app. Do not include your Apple or Google password, payment-card details, or complete purchase receipts.
